The Veterans Education Project is voicing our full support for Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Robert Wilkie’s proposed access standards for community care and emergency care for Veterans. We applaud the direction that Secretary Wilkie is taking the VA and believe that Veterans deserve more options and freedom in how they receive their care. Allowing for more choices will also help those who live in rural areas receive the care they need. The MISSION Act is a vital bill for our Veterans and we are happy with how Secretary Wilkie is planning to implement the act and look forward to helping ensure it is rolled out smoothly on June 6th.
